To celebrate the 2017 Memorial Day holiday, Tyler Union (formerly Union Foundry Company or UFCO) team members Henry Gomez and Martin Vizcaya took their families on a trip to Panama City Beach, Florida and look what they found - McWane products everywhere. Henry, the photographer, has been with Tyler Union for 23 years and works in the Pattern/Machine Shop. Martin works in the GFD Department and has been with the company for 33 years. Both men take a lot of pride in the job they do at Tyler Union and it makes them extremely proud to see the products they helped make in service in the field.
In the top right picture, Henry said Martin was doing a “visual inspection” of the castings. In the picture right below that, Martin is pointing out the old UFCO logo and Henry remarked that he thought he remembered grinding that one.
