McWane underscored its longstanding commitment as a member of American Water Works Association (AWWA) with representatives of the organization visiting Tyler Union and M&H Valve Company of Anniston, Alabama, on Aug. 11.
McWane celebrated 103 years of AWWA membership in 2026, a partnership dating back to 1923.
AWWA Deputy Chief Executive Officer John Albert, Marketing, Sales and Philanthropy Associate Executive Cindy McCombe and Territory Sales Manager Eddie Quinn joined company representatives for a tour of both Anniston facilities and collaborative discussion.
Company leaders said the visit highlighted both the longstanding partnership between McWane and AWWA and their shared mission of advancement in the water industry.
“The AWWA has shaped the industry standards guiding our work and has consistently advocated for the water professionals who keep our communities running,” said VP/GM of McWane Anniston Operations Jon Pollard. “We are proud of our combined legacy and look forward to our continued work together.”

The visit concluded with a shared sense of excitement about continued collaboration and the opportunities that lie ahead between McWane and AWWA.
